Mission 3: Operation Cuddle Check-In
Objective: Help someone feel loved by asking about their day or offering a hug.
Step 1: Check-In: “How was your day?
Sergeant Snuggles™ will help you ask how their day went!
- “How was your day?”
- “What was your favorite part?”
- “Did anything make you smile (or frown) today?”
Step 2: Choose a Cuddle Mission
Pick one thing to do next:
Option A – Give a Hug:
- Ask first: “Would you like a hug?”
- If they say yes, give a soft, cozy squeeze!
Option B – Tell or Read a Story:
- Grab a favorite bedtime book, or make one up together!
- Use funny voices and big imagination!
Option C – Just Talk and Listen:
- Sit together quietly.
- Let them share what’s on their mind.
Step 3: Say something sweet before lights out:
- “I’m glad we talked.”
- “You’re loved and safe.”
